If all items are in stock, orders placed before 4 PM are often shipped the same day.

Shipping Locations

We ship from our warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong.
To ensure the fastest delivery, your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your location with available stock.

Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on product availability.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and results in a lost package, the customer is responsible for the loss, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
